What Is Capikooa's Shipping Policy?


Christmas 2023 Shipping

Last day for Christmas deliver is 20 December by 11am. If you place your by this time we will get it booked in and collected. However once collected it's out of our hands so we suggest ordering earlier to guarantee arriving before the big day.

December Extended Returns Policy

Any orders placed in the month of December we'll extend our returns policy till the 20th Jan 2024.

Shop orders:

Your order is important to us and we aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs. At busy times or under special circumstances this may take longer.


All orders are shipped via EVRI Standard Tracked delivery service. UK mainland deliveries usually take between 2-3 business days from collection. For Europe, delivery is usually 3-5 days, but it's not guaranteed. Our choice of courier may vary but we will send you the tracking number for your order when we dispatch it. Orders with delivery address outside the UK will be shipped under DAP terms, unless agreed otherwise in advance. This means that, if required, the buyer is responsible to clear customs at destination country. We do not refund orders that haven't cleared customs, our standard returns and refunds policy apply. Orders placed at capikooa.com for delivery outside the UK will be treated as B2C. If you are placing a B2B order to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us immediately as we will need additional information to process your order.


Our working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).


You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.


If your package doesn’t arrive in time contact us at hello@capikooa.com. Please reference your order number so we can look in to the issue as soon as possible.


Express 24 Delivery

If you want to speed up the delivery we have the option of next day. If you place your order before 11am and we have the product in stock we will do our best to get it sent out the same day. We cannot guarantee same day dispatch.


FAQ


Can I get Saturday delivery?

If you are wanting a Saturday delivery then select the Express 24 at checkout. If ordering on a Friday any orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day.


I've Realised I Submitted Incorrect Details:

It happens but don't worry we are here to help. If you realise some details are incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible! You can do this either by email at hello@capikooa.com or 01223 737818. Please quote your order number to help us track it down. Capikooa cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided. But, rest assured we always try our best to help correct it.


What is Capikooa Returns Policy?

We design our toys and accessories to offer the best playtime possible! If they're not exactly right for you, don't worry we've got you covered. When you shop at capikooa.com we give you 30 days to take your purchases for a play date. You can be confident knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days.


Please note, your items must not show signs of usage and unwashed where applicable to be able to return them. You'll need to provide proof of your purchase. For more information see full Terms and Conditions.


Email us before returning any items at hello@capikooa.com, explaining the reason. We will provide you with a RA (Return Authorisation) for you to print and place with the returned item/s.

Sending Products back to us

Please make sure you get proof of postage receipt from the courier you chose to return the parcel with. It is recommend to make sure the courier's insurance covers the cost of the items being send back in case of damage.


If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you.


We always recommend taking photos before sending the items back. We cannot refund for items damaged by the courier. We will do our best to help provide information so you can make a claim against the courier to get your refund.


Refunds (if applicable)


Refunds for orders with free shipping will cover the amount paid. If you paid for shipping, but you’re returning only part of an order, unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund the original delivery charge. We cannot refund the postage costs that you pay to return the parcel to us. For international orders,

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that, we will proceed to inspect your returned item/s as soon as possible.


Your refund will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to do this within 5 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account of the payment method used at the checkout. It may take a few days to show in your account from the refund date.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


If the item wasn’t a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Purchased though a Authorised Retailer?

We are not responsible for any returns of items purchased in a site different than capikooa.com.


As we expand our global presence we cannot process any returns or refunds that are not made with Capikooa. Please refer to the retailers terms and conditions where you made the purchase.


What about defective or faulty items?

We stand behind all our toys and accessories. If your item is defective or faulty, choose one of the options above to return the item within 30 days.
