This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Capikooa and their families and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Promotion Period: 07:00 on 17/03/2022 until 23:59 on 18/04/2022.
To enter the competition: enter during the Promotion Period by tagging us @capikooa and using #capikooa on Facebook or Instagram. To enter, you donāt need to follow @capikooa but is always warmly appreciated. No purchase is necessary to enter. 1 prize will be awarded at the end of the promotional period.
Prize: 1x Capikooa Explorer Balance Board in Clear Lacquer Finish: The Explorer Balance Board will be posted to UK mainland address for free.
Prize will be despatched: To the winners via UPS service, unless otherwise stated. We will not be liable for any prize/s which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
Prize will only be delivered: to an address within the UK or Republic of Ireland. Should a prize winner's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us or the contact persons for the relevant Competition.
Stated Prize: we reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prize with prize that we consider to be have broadly equivalent value. If prize winner wants to upgrade then a gift card of the equivalent recommend retail price will be offered and the winner is responsible for paying the difference. No alternative cash options will be awarded.
Draw Prize Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant prize draw to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
Draw Prize Winner Notification: The winners of each the prize draw will be contacted within five working days of the winner selection date via at least one of the following methods:(a) Facebook Messenger; āØ(b) Instagram's direct messaging services.
Confirming your Prize: The winner will need to get in touch with Capikooa via direct message with their email address and postal address, within 14 days of initial communication by from us confirming eligibility otherwise that winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner selected in the same way.
All prize/s are subject to availability, non transferable and non exchangeable.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern. We reserve the right to notify state authorities of the identity of the winner.
We make no representation or warranty (other than those implied by law) in relation to prize/s provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
All stated prize values are at the recommended retail price in pounds sterling and are correct at the time of printing. We take no responsibility for any fluctuations in prize values.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk entries, entries by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to submit entries), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of āscriptā, ābrute forceā, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that personās entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Winners agree to take part in publicity regarding this promotion. If winners do not want their name to be published (except that no-one may opt out of publication of their name in accordance with clause 16, which is an industry compliance requirement) they should inform the Capikooa when accepting their prize.

Liability: Capikooa cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Capikooa which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Capikooa may in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given under applicable law: cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries; or disqualify any individual concerned.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Capikooa and which prevents Capikooa from complying with these terms and conditions Capikooa will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Capikooa and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any personās negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
